Clinical Pilots
Curating clinically relevant records into structured summaries to support clinicians and their patients at the point of care.
Our focus
Medda identifies, retrieves, and structures clinically relevant information into a patient’s Health Story, generating source-linked summaries to support visits with better context. The goal is to reduce time spent reconstructing history, improve continuity, and make it easier for clinicians and patients to access the information they need at the point of care.
Active Pilots
Medda is running three pilots to evaluate how the same core capabilities can be applied across different care settings and clinical workflows. Each pilot is designed to test where Medda delivers the most practical value, how the workflow should be adapted to the needs of different users, and what configuration best supports adoption.
1) Medda Provider Platform
Complex Care Pilot - 2026
For complex care physicians
The Medda Provider Platform helps clinicians access a more complete, usable view of patient history before and during visits. Medda retrieves and organizes records, manages consent and authorizations, and delivers source-linked summaries that reduce time spent reconstructing history.
Medda configures workflows, summary structure, and information views to fit each practice.
Medda retrieves relevant records ahead of visits and organizes key information for review.
Providers receive curated, source-linked summaries at the point of care, with AI-assisted search to quickly locate relevant information.
We are seeking physicians, nurse practitioners, clinic owners, health representatives, and researchers to pilot Medda and help shape early workflows, summary design, and specialty-specific use cases.
2) Medda Provider Network
Continuity Pilot - 2026
For episodic care providers
The Medda Provider Network helps clinics give patients secure access to their records while creating a continuity pathway beyond the visit. Medda retrieves and organizes records for the patient, making it easier to support access, continuity, and longer-term engagement.
Medda works with each clinic to determine how best to introduce Medda to patients around the visit.
Patients opt in, provide consent, and Medda securely retrieves and organizes relevant records.
Patients receive access to their records through Medda and can continue building their Health Story as more products and services are introduced over time.
We are seeking clinicians and private clinic owners interested in joining the Medda Provider Network to offer patients free access to their health information and support continuity beyond episodic visits.
3) Medda Clinical Services
Patient Pilot - 2026
For patients seeking access or coordination
Medda helps patients organize their health information, prepare for visits, and better understand the context around their care. Medda retrieves and structures relevant records into a clear, source-linked summary that supports next steps.
Medda works with each patient to understand their care objective.
Medda retrieves, organizes, and reviews records, then prepares and shares a summary with notes.
Patients receive their Health Summary and can continue through the platform with follow-up support where appropriate.
We are seeking patients that need help accessing records, preparing for visits, understanding their health history, or coordinating next steps in care.

Why we care
We’ve seen first-hand how care works better when patients and care teams share the same complete health story. Today, that story is still fragmented, hard to use, and leads to uninformed decision making.
Records are scattered
Health records are spread across systems and locations. Rebuilding a complete history is slow and often incomplete, creating admin burden and risk.
Data is unstructured
Records arrive as PDFs, scans, and free text that are hard to search. Clinicians waste time piecing things together, with no usable or shared view.
Care is unpersonalized
Decisions are made with partial context and population-level guidance. Without longitudinal trajectories, care is less personalized.
